Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by D+P Multimedia Products Ltd (“the Company”), including but not limited to the purchase and hire of goods, accessories, and services (“Products”) offered on our website and in our physical store. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Acceptance of Terms:

By placing an order with D+P Multimedia Products Limited,  you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and D+P Multimedia Products Limited

 

Orders and Payment:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by D+P Multimedia Products Limited.
  • Prices are quoted in € and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full before the goods are dispatched.
  • We accept payment via accepted credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. We do not accept cash.

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. The Company will ship Products to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the Products and the shipping method chosen.

The Company is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to the customer upon delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds:

Instore Returns Policy

If you wish to return your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days.

Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase and will be issued when the product(s) have been returned to us.

The unwanted product(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt and retuned in an unopened, as sold, resaleable condition.

By this we mean:

  • You have not opened or used the product.
  • The product is in its original packaging, the labels are in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
  • If the product has security seals these must be unbroken and intact.
  • All original components are included with the product being returned.
  • The product contains no personal data and is not registered to a user.
Refund Policy Exclusions

Some exclusions to our returns policy apply where products are not in a resaleable, as sold condition i.e. where packaging and labels have been torn or disposed of, products where the tamper proof seal has been broken, gift cards, clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen products, products where installation/assembly has begun and on custom orders or bespoke products. Returns are not permissible on software products, including software vouchers and key cards once the voucher has been generated or the card issued.

Online Returns Policy

We are happy to assist you with the return of items purchased online that are unsuitable once we are notified within 14 days from the day after delivery of the item(s). Once we are informed of your decision to cancel and return your order, you have a further 14 days from the date you cancelled to return any item(s) to us. While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in a resaleable, as sold condition.

By this we mean:

  • You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the products can be resold at full price.
  • You have not used the product.
  • The product contains no personal data and is not registered to a user.

 

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original order and will be issued once the goods have been returned to us. Please be aware that we will cover return costs only if the goods are faulty.

** Some exclusions to our returns policy apply. Unless faulty, we reserve the right to reject returns where installation/assembly on a product has already begun. Where items that are not in a resaleable as sold condition. Where packaging and labels have been disposed of. For software products where the tamper proof seal has been broken and on custom orders or bespoke products

 

Your Right to Cancel your Online Order (Right of Withdrawal)

If you wish to return goods you have purchased from our website, you can return the goods to your our store. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and you have a further 14 days from the date you cancelled to return the item(s) to us.

While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in resaleable, as sold condition.

By this we mean:

  • You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the products can be resold at full price.
  • You have not used the product.
  • The product contains no personal data and is not registered to a user.

Please be aware that we will cover return costs only if the goods are faulty. A fee may apply, where the item(s) returned have diminished in value through handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect the features and characteristics of the item(s).

 

 Product Warranty:

Warranty Coverage: Products sold by the Company may be subject to manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the specific warranty terms provided with each Product for details on coverage and duration.

 Limitation of Liability:

D+P Multimedia Products Limited shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising out of the sale,hire or use of the products.

D+P Multimedia Products Limited’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

Privacy Policy

The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

 

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the products remain the property of D+P Multimedia Products Limited,

The buyer shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any intellectual property without prior written consent.

 Governing Law:

Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

 

 Amendments:

D+P Multimedia Products Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 Termination:

D+P Multimedia Products Limited reserves the right to terminate any order or agreement if the buyer breaches these Terms and Conditions.

WEEE take back & Recycling:

D+P Multimedia Products Limited is committed to meeting the requirements of the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014. These Regulations require producers of electrical and electronic equipment to finance the takeback of WEEE resulting from products that we place on the Irish market. This helps us to ensure that WEEE is reused or recycled safely. In line with that commitment D+P Multimedia Products Limited will take back WEEE from you. Please contact us for details.

 

You also have a role to play in ensuring that WEEE is reused and recycled safely. So, if you choose not to return WEEE to us then you should not dispose of it in your bin. The crossed out wheeled-bin symbol on the product reminds users not to dispose WEEE in the bin. You should ensure that the WEEE is collected separately and sent for proper treatment. WEEE contains hazardous substances and if not managed and treated safely it can cause pollution and damage human health.
