The dummy battery replaces the camera’s original battery and connects to the Power Junkie, so you can use NP-F batteries. Now, you can shoot video for an extended period, and it gives you the ability to change batteries quickly without opening the camera.
Blind Spot Gear Power Junkie
Keep your camera running longer with the Blind Spot Gear Power Junkie, which provides long-lasting external power when coupled with a dummy battery for your compatible camera. The wired battery replaces the original battery of the camera, and it connects the dummy battery into the DC barrel port of the Power Junkie. Any of the Sony L-series (NPF) batteries are compatible with the Power Junkie to enable you to take photos or shoot video for an extended period. Furthermore, the NPF battery is rechargeable through the Power Junkie’s micro-USB or USB Type-C ports. The Two USB Type-A output ports can charge external devices like your smartphone as well.
