This Adapter for Pedestal C I/C III with aktiv 100mm Head from Sachtler allows you to add the aktiv 100mm mounting system that you use with your aktiv 100mm fluid head to your pedestal, so you can enjoy the same ease of use and quickly swap your head between tripod legs and pedestal. This item includes an adapter plate that mounts on your pedestal and provides a 3/8″-16 threaded mounting hole for attaching the included 100mm adapter stud. The adapter mounts on your pedestal using the adapter plate for a secure mount that is ready to take your fluid head or slider adapter.
